Many women can recognize themselves in The Good Girl. She is both familiar and universal, and for every woman she will have her own unique expression, stemming from her own unique journey through life. 

We turn into being a good girl to use it as a disguise and a protective mechanism.

We become Good Girls in order to fit in, survive, be accepted, and feel loved. However, when we are taming and training ourselves in this way of showing up in our life, this comes with a cost of suffering - and it leads us into a downward spiral where we get stuck in The Diet Cycle…
